A $500-million Chinese Medicine Development Fund (Fund) was launched in June 2019 to promote the development of the Chinese medicine sector and Chinese medicine drug industry, and to enhance the overall standard of the industry. The Fund is managed by the Chinese Medicine Unit of the Food and Health Bureau, with the Hong Kong Productivity Council serving as the implementation partner. |
